Beschreibung Differentiated embryo-chondrocyte expressed gene 1 (DEC1) is an important proteininvolved in embryonic cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. It has alsorecently been shown to be regulated by hypoxia. The loss of DEC1 expression may bean early event in the development of lung cancer, while DEC1 may be up-regulated byhypoxia in other cancers and in more extreme hypoxia it may have a role in cell death. Applikationshinweise Suggested working dilutions *Western Blot, immunoprecipitation * Investigator should determine optimal working dilutions. This antibody is useful for Western blot and immunoprecipitation. No other applicationshave been tested. Suggested working dilution: *Western blot: 1:5,000 - 1:15,000. Under conditions required to detect DEC1 in samplescontaining low amounts of DEC1, other higher molecular weight bands may appear.Immunoprecipitation: 1-4 ug/ml of lysateImmunohistochemistry: Not Tested *The investigator should determine the optimal working dilution for a specificapplication. * Other applications have not been tested.
