Application Notes	Immunoblotting (Western). Immunohistochemistry on sections through frozen and paraffin embedded (P) tissue. Cytological material. Recommended positive control: Total cell lysate of e.g. CaCo-2 cells. Working dilution: 1:100 for immunohistochemistry, 1:50 for paraffin-embedded tissue, 1:2000 for Western blotting. Incubation time: 1 h at RT, extended with P. Other applications not tested.
Buffer	This antibody is supplied as whole antiserum (contains 0.09% sodium azide).
Storage	At 2-8°C. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
