Application Notes Immunoblotting (Western). Immunohistochemistry on sections through frozen and paraffin embedded (P) tissue. Cytological material. Recommended positive control: Total cell lysate of e.g. CaCo-2 cells. Working dilution: 1:100 for immunohistochemistry,,, 1:50 for paraffin-embedded tissue,,, 1:2000 for Western blotting. Incubation time: 1 h at RT,,, extended with P. Other applications not tested.
