| Application Notes | ELISA using BSA-cojugated-digoxigenin at a conc. of 1 microgram/ml the titer of this antibody was found to be 1:500,000 (Ab. at 1mg/ml) with TMB as chromogen substrate. The antibody used was isolated from antisera by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Fc fragments, and whole IgG molecules have been removed. On SDS-PAGE this antibody shows one band at 50 kD under non-reducing coditions. |
