| Application Notes | Assayed against 1.0ug of Elastase [Porcine Pancreas] in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated affinity purified Goat anti Rabbit IgG [H&L] and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000-1:5,400 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 5ml deionized water or equivalent. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. |
