| Application Notes | Immunohistology (frozen and paraffin): 1:100–1:200. This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections (e.g. trypsin). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. Suitability for use in ELISA, Flow cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting or Radioimmunoassay has not been determined but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml distilled water. |
