Spezifität Reacts with human G Protein-Coupled Receptor GPRC5D, 3rd extracellular domain of human, (family: GPCR, subfamily: Orphan-C). The peptide sequence shows 84% identity (84 % homology) to mouse. GPRC5D expression has been documented in human colon, kidney, pancreas, prostate, and small intestine. ESTs have been isolated from normal prostate and cancerous blood, liver, and nerve human tissue libraries.

Applikation Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
Applikationshinweise Immunohistochemistry with formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, Peptide immunogen affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.7 containing 0.01% sodium azide as preservative.
