Antigen IgG H&L
Immunogen Hamster IgG whole molecule
Reactivity Hamster
Antibody Type Polyclonal
Host Goat
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Hamster IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Hamster IgG and Hamster Serum. Minimum Cross Reactivity to Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
