| Application Notes | Suitable for immunoblotting (1/500-1/5,000 for Western or dot blot), ELISA (1/5,000-1/50,000), immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/2,500) as well as other Peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
