Specificity	This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA and Mouse IgM.

Application Notes	Suitable for immunoprecipitation, immunodiffusion, conjugation and most immunological methods requiring lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Optimal titers for applications should be determined by the researcher.
Concentration	2.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer	This antibody is supplied as liquid (sterile filtered) in 0.1 M Sodium Borate, 0.005 M EDTA, 0.25 M Sodium Chloride, pH 8.2, containing 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
Storage	Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and tha wing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening product.
