Description Anti-mouse H-2K monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with the H-2K encoded MHC class I antigen expressed on mouse strains of the H-2 haplotype. Class I antigens are expressed on all nucleated cells. Mouse strains expressing H-2K include A, AKR/J, AL/N, A2G, CBA/Ca, CBA/J, CBA/N, C57BR/cd, HRS/J, MA, MRL/Mp, RF/J, ST/bJ, 101, C3H/Bi and C3H/He. This antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry.
