| Description | The 34-1-2S antibody reacts with the H-2K/H-2D MHC class I alloantigens expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2K/H-2D haplotype. H-2K/H-2D is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The 34-1-2S antibody cross-reacts with H-2K MHC class I alloantigens of the b, s, r, q, or p haplotypes. Distribution: Nucleated cells of the H-2K/H-2D haplotype Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class I Structure: MHC class I |
| Clone | 34-1-2S |
| Host | Mouse |
| Specificity | Cross-reacts with h-2 mhc class i alloantigens of the b |
Application Details: H-2Kb/H-2Dd Mouse (Murine) antibody
| Application | Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)) |
| Application Notes | Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, complement-mediated cytotoxicity, and immunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
