| Description | The SF1-1.1 antibody reacts with the H-2K MHC class I alloantigens expressed on nucleated cells from mice of the H-2K haplotype. H-2K is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. The SF1-1.1 antibody is weakly cross-reactive with H-2, but does not cross-react with other haplotypes (b, j, p, q, s, v). Distribution: Nucleated cells of the H-2K haplotype Function: Antigen presentation Synonyms: MHC class I Structure: MHC class I |
| Clone | SF1-1-1 |
| Host | Mouse |
| Specificity | Weakly cross-reacts with h-2 haplotype |
Application Details: H-2Kd Mouse (Murine) antibody
| Application | Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)) |
| Application Notes | Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, Western blotting, and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen sections. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Product Information |
