Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml), immunoprecipitation (10-20 ug/ml), and immunocytochemistry (10-20 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Buffer 200 ug (1 mg/ml) anti-HA-Tag monoclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2), containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
Storage Store at -20 o C. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70 o C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles Shelf Life: 12 Months
