Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blotting (1 µg/ml), immunoprecipitation (10 µg/ml), and immunocytochemistry (10 µg/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Buffer Supplied as 200 µg (1 mg/ml) anti-HA-Tag monoclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2), containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
