Application Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunofluorescence (IF), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes Immunofluorescence: 1/10-1/50. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1/10-1/50. Use frozen sections only, not reactive in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections. Western Blot:1/10-1/50. ELISA: 1/20-1/200. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 0.1 mg/ml (by OD 280 nm)
Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein A affinity purified Ig fraction in PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative. Dilute with PBS containing 1-2% BSA (or use proteinaceous buffer of choice) to make stock solution.
Storage Store unopened vial at 4 °C for up to 2 weeks prior to making stock solution. Aliquot and store stock solution at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
