Application Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes ELISA (use ABIN112755 as capture antibody and BP3161 as detection antibody in sandwich ELISA). Western blotting: 1/1000. In addition, this product may be used in place of neat antiserum in almost any appropriate antibody-based technique. It is also suitable for conjugation purposes. Suitability for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence has not been determined but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid purified (purity >95%) Ig Fraction in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2 with 0.09 % sodium azide as preservative. No stabilizing proteins have been added.
Storage For short term (up to 14 days) at 2-8°C. For longer term storage, aliquot and store at –20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
