Application Notes Suggested working dilutions *ELISA, immunohistochemistry-Fr, Western Blot * Investigator should determine optimal working dilutions. ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent dilution.WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Detects a band of approximately 26 kDa(predicted molecular weight: 22.2 kDa). Not tested in other applications.Optimal dilution * Other applications have not been tested. Positive Control:Murine and human nuclear extracts.
Buffer 1 millilitres Preservative: 0.09% Sodium Azide
Storage Store at 4 degrees C for 1 month. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C long-term. Avoidrepeated freezing and thawing.
