Applikationshinweise ELISA and immunopurification. Immunodiffusion plates for the determination of human HbF. Titre: 1. This antibody showed a titre of over 1000/1 in immunodiffusion assays. 2. There was minor detectable reaction with HbA by Ouchterlony diffusion. Over 1000/1. It is recommended that the individual lab obtain their own optimal dilutions for their assay.
Lagerung Store at +4°C. For extended storage freeze in working aliquots at 20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
