| Application | Immunofluorescense (IFA), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Western Blotting (WB) |
| Application Notes | This monoclonal antibody is for use in immunofluorescent, western blot or immunoprecipitation tests. We recommend a working range of 1:20 to 1:30 dilutions for immunofluorescent and immunoprecipitation tests. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.QC Information: The sensitivity has been routinely tested using an indirect immunofluorescent test (30ul/test). |
