Description	Specification: Anti-Human Herstatin Antibody was raised in rabbits against recombinant human herstatin. The Human Herstatin is a recombinant protein produced in E. coli. It is the 43.4 kDa protein containing 397 amino acid residues of the human Herstatin and 1 additional amino acid residue (underlined). The amino acid sequence of the recombinant human Herstatin is 100% homologous to the amino acid sequence of the human Herstatin.

Application Notes	Titre: Is defined by indirect ELISA, it is >1/100,000 for antibody concentration 1mg/ml, 25 ng of antigen are coated per well, and is then defined at a point of maximal decrease of the titration curve.
Storage	Store lyophilized antibody at 2-8°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles and store frozen at -80°C. Reconstituted antibody can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time, it does not show decline in activity after two weeks at 4°C.
