| 特异性 | Stains cell nuclei in various plant and animal tissue and cell preparations. It is specific for Histone H1 in ELISA. In blots of rat brain homogenates, gives duplet around 27/29 kD consistent with Histone H1. Staining pattern: speckled staining of the nucleus in normal and malignant cells. |

| 应用备注 | Immunohistochemistry on frozen (acetone or paraformaldehyde fixed) and formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections (use tonsil as positive control) and cell smears. ELISA. Western blot: 1/10 – 1/50. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined in the end-users system. |
