| 特异性 | This antibody specifically binds to the Histone H1 protein found in nucleosomes of alleukaryotic cells. Differences between H1 subfractions of one species are greater thanthe differences across species. No cross reactivity was observed with other Histonecore proteins H2a, H2b, H3 or H4. Cross-reacts with all Mammals. It does not cross react with the chicken linker histonesH1 or H5. Not yet tested in other species. |
