Differences between H1 subfractions of one species are greater thanthe differences across species. No cross reactivity was observed with other Histonecore proteins H2a, H2b, H3 or H4. Cross-reacts with all Mammals. It does not cross react with the chicken linker histonesH1 or H5. Not yet tested in other species. |
