| 应用备注 | Western blot: use at 0.1-1ug/ml with 2ug Histone H1. Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: The neat serum form of anti-histone-1 antibody can be titered to 1:64,000 but best used at 1:4,000 to 1:32,000. The antibody is 6.5 fold more active against histone-I than histone IIb. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
