Not tested in other applications.Optimal dilutions / concentrations should bedetermined by the end user.By Western blot, this antibody detects a single ~60 kDaband representing HSP 60 from C. trachomatis lysate. Immunocytochemical staining ofHSP 60 in HeLa cells infected with Chlamydia results in staining of the elementary andreticulate bodies within the chlamydial inclusions * Other applications have not been tested. |
