Specificity	IKK is a serine protein kinase. The IKK complex consists of the alpha subunit IKK alpha and the beta subunit IKK beta. Both IKK alpha and IKK beta subunits are required for NFkB activation. This antibody recognises human IKK alpha and does not cross react with IKK Beta or IKK gamma.

Application Notes	Western blot: 1/1000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer	This antibody is supplied as liquid, affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide as preservative.
