Spezifität ICAD (Inhibitor of Caspase-Activated DNase) is the murine homologue of human DFF-45. ICAD is cleaved by Caspase-3, releasing CAD which eventually causes degradation of DNA in the nucleus. This antibody recognises a 45kD band in Western blots.

Applikation Western Blotting (WB)
Applikationshinweise Western blot: 1/500 - 1/1000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Konzentration 0.5 mg/ml
Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide as preservative.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
