Applikation Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed Sections) (IHC(f))
Applikationshinweise Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is IMPROVED by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Konzentration 1 mg/ml
Buffer Prepared at 1mg/ml in 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2% BSA & 0.09% sodium azide.
