| 特异性 | Reacts with human J-cain as tested by ELISA using purified human Ig fragments as the solid phase target antigen. The antibody does not detect J chain in intact IgM in ELISA assays due to steric hindrance. In westernblots Mc19-9 detects J chain only in reducing conditions. |

| 应用备注 | ELISA (20 µg/ml), Westernblotting (20 µg/ml), Immunoprecipitation (20 µg/ml) and Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (use at 1:200, not tested on paraffin sections). Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on application and should be determined by the user. The recommended dilutions are guidelines only. |
