Application Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Application Notes ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100ul/well), a concentration of 1-2 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 0.03 ng/well of recombinant human MDC when used with PeproTech’s biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human MDC as the detection antibody at a concentration of at least 1 ug/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 1 mg/ml
Buffer A sterile filtered antibody solution (1mg/ml) was lyophilized from PBS. This antibody was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography. Reconstituted in sterile water to a concentration of 1.0mg/ml.
Storage The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at –20°C. When reconstituted in sterile water the antibody is stable for at least six weeks at 2-4°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
