Description The polyclonal antibody was raised against peptides derived from hinge regions in MT-MMP. For immunization peptide-KLH-conjugates were used and purification was carried out by affinity chromatography on peptide-BSA-matrices. Purified antibody in 100 µl phosphate buffered saline (20 mM Na-phosphate, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.01 % thimerosal.

Storage The antibody is stable until the expiration date given on the label date when stored at -70 oC. After thawing it can be kept at 2-8 oC for more than 3 months. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
