Specificity This antibody recognizes the L1 or Calprotectin molecule, an intracytoplasmic antigencomprised of a 12kD alpha chain and a 14kD beta chain. The antigen is expressed bygranulocytes, monocytes and tissue macrophages. Variable results have been reportedfor staining brain macrophages and microglia. Cross-reacts with Human, Rabbit, Rat, Horse, Cow, Dog, Pig, Cat, Guinea pig, Monkeyand Baboon.Not yet tested in other species.

Application Flow Cytometry (FACS)
Application Notes Suggested working dilutions *flow cytometry / FACS analysis * Investigator should determine optimal working dilutions. Flow Cytometry (use neat): Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label10<,sup>,6<,/sup>, cells.Membrane permeabilisation is required for thisapplication * Other applications have not been tested.
Buffer PBS with 0.2% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide 0.1 mg of IgG purified ascites.
