Description ABIN134273is a FITC-conjugated rabbit IgG fraction directed against mouse macrophages. This fraction was produced from an antiserum that had been adsorbed repeatedly with mouse red blood cells, thymocytes and spleen cells to remove most antibodies to antigens common among different cell types. This adsorption significantly improves specificity. The FITC conjugate has been purified by removing free fuorochrome, under-conjugated and over-conjugated antibodies. It has been analyzed for
