Application Notes Flow Cytometry: 5 ug/ml, use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 2 x 107 cells. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied liquid as purified IgG, conjugated to Fluorescein Isothiocyanate Isomer 1 (FITC) in PBS pH 7.4 containing 0.1% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life one year from despatch.
