Description Anti-mouse neutrophils monoclonal antibody is specific for mouse neutrophils. It reacts with the 7/4 antigen that is a polymorphic 40 kD molecule expressed by polymorphonuclear cells, but absent on resident tissue macrophages. This antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry. This clone has also been reported to work in immunohistochemistry (both frozen and paraffin sections)

Storage Store at 4°C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portion at -20°C in volumes appropriate for single usage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.
