| Application Notes | Suitable for frozen tissue, cell culture and immunoblotting (Western). 1:100 for immunohistochemical applications (recommended fixation conditions for cells: incubate in 2% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 10 min, wash in PBS for 5 min, incubate in 0.2% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 min, wash in PBS for 5 min). Incubation time: 1 h at RT for immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
