Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti- Peroxidase and anti-Rabbit Serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes. |

| Application Notes | Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code # ABTS-100 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:20,000 to 1:40,000 is suggested for this product. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
