Application Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunofluorescence (IF), Neutralization (Neut)
Application Notes Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: 1:20 - 1:40, use 10% formalin or Bouins as fixative), ELISA: 1:200 - 1:1000. Has been shown to neutralise RSV in serum samples. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on application and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid Ig Fraction in PBS pH 7.2 with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at –20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
