Application Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro))
Application Notes Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (0.5 - 1 µg/ml). Paraffin sections not tested. Not suitable for western blotting. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein G affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in PBS buffer pH 7.6 with 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Aliquot and store the antibody at –20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
