Application Notes Immunofluorescence microscopy: 1/5 – 1/10. Western Blot : 1/5 – 1/10. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as lyophilised, Protein A affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction. Reconstitute with 1 ml PBS. After reconstitution, the solution contains 0.1% sodium azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Store undiluted, avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
