Application Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p)), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: 1/100-1/200 on frozen sections and 1/50-1/100 on paraffin embedded tissues. Western blot (1/7500). ELISA: 1/1600-1/6400. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration 1 ml
Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, affinity purified Ig Fraction conjugated to biotin in PBS pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
