Application Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA)
Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: 1/20 - 1/40 on frozen sections. Not suitable on paraffin embedded sections. ELISA: 1/6400 - 1/12800. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, affinity purified Ig Fraction, conjugated to conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) in PBS pH 7.2, containing 0.05% ProclinTM300, 0.002% Methylisothiazolone and 0.002% Bromonitrodioxane.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
