Specificity This antibody recognises the canine Thy-1 cell surface antigen, a 20-30kD glycoprotein expressed by monocytes and T lymphocytes. The antibody has been reported to deplete T cells in vivo, and to block Con A driven T cell proliferation in vitro.

Application Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunoprecipitation (IP)
Application Notes Flow cytometry: 1/50, use 10 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells. Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions of this antibody are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer This antibody is supplied as liquid, Protein G affinity purified immunoglobulin fraction in PBS with 0.09% sodium azide as preservative.
Storage Store the antibody at 4-8°C for one month or at –20°C for longer. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
