Applikationshinweise For Flow Cytometry: Use at a neat solution. For IHC-Fr: Use at an assay dependent solution. Not suitable for IP and WB. Not tested in other applications. Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the researcher.

Buffer 0.2M Tris/HCl pH 7.4, containing 5-10% foetal calf serum 0.05% sodium azide
Lagerung Keep as concentrated solution. Store at 4?C short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20?C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
