| Application Notes | ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent dilution. A positive and highly specific result was obtained with paraffin sections of transplanted cells expressing LacZ. IP: Use at a dilution of 1/500-1/5000. WB: Use at a dilution of 1/5000-1/25000. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
