Application Notes IF: Use at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml. IHC-Fr: Use at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml. IHC-P: Use at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml. IP: Use 1ug/sample. WB: Use at a concentration of 2.5 ug/ml. Detects a band of approximately 190 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 138 kDa). Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
