| Application Notes | AF: Use at an assay dependent dilution. IHC-F: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Suggested incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. Depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Although not required, heat treatment with 10 mM Citrate buffer, ph 6.0 may enhance the immunostaining in the overfixed tissues. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. |
