Application Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes ICC: Use at a concentration of 2.5-5.0 ug/ml. WB: Use at a concentration of 2.5-5.0 ug/ml. Detects bands of approximately 55 and 62 kDa. Is unsuitable for IHC-P. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Concentration 0.2 mg/ml
Buffer Preservative: 0.1% Sodium Azide. Constituents: 0.2% Gelatin, 50mM Sodium phosphate
Storage Keep as concentrated solution, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze.
