Application Western Blotting (WB)
Application Notes WB: Use at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 55 kDa. May detect a higher molecular weight band in addition to this in some extracts. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
